Small Lucite containers filled with brightly colored quarters of discarded paper and pens have been placed throughout City Hall, the Civic Center, Azalea Lanes Tennis Center, the Community Center, the Police Station, and the Library in an effort to encourage everyone to recycle and reuse paper.
